An opportunity for an Administration Officer has become available to join our Rehabilitation Medicine team.
The successful candidate will take on the role of a Secretary.
The position is responsible for the coordination of administrative duties within the Rehabilitation Medicine Department including its services and providing support to the Head of Department, Clinicians, and Registrars.

What you will bring to the role:
Demonstrated secretarial / administrative experience in supporting management at a senior level.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
Experience in the preparation of high-level correspondence such as briefing papers and reports.
Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to carry out a variety of complex functions that require sound judgement and flexibility and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in statistical analysis and reporting.
Commitment and understanding of customer service principles including demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
