Full-Time contract opportunity (up to six months) providing secretary support for the Head of Marketing for this well regarded healthcare company.
In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing and your role will include the following: Work in a team to organise, prioritise and manage the daily office administration functions Prepare and process business and planning documents and reports Prepare draft correspondence Manage the marketing events calendar Coordinate, prioritise and monitor correspondence Completing purchase orders for goods and services Credit card reconciliation Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Conduct competitor research as required Update the customer database Project Management Manage meeting rooms Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience in office administration and personal assistance, Outstanding organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Proven strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint Interested?
