**Job Summary:**
Omnicom Group is seeking a motivated and organized Secretary to provide administrative support in a dynamic and energetic work environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and team members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and screening communications.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

- **Scheduling and Coordination:**
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, and take minutes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

- **Communication:**
- Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to facilitate operations and support business objectives.

- **Project Support:**
- Assist in project-related tasks and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects, offering creative insights and innovative solutions.

- **Environmental Initiatives:**
- Support the company's commitment to environmental responsibility by adhering to sustainable practices in daily operations.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving sustainability within workplace processes.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or equivalent course work in business administration or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Proven experience in providing support to executives in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and communication tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
