Secretary

RBG Lawyers is seeking a fulltime Secretary who can bring enthusiasm and passion to this varied and rewarding role.
We are looking for an organised person with excellent communication skills.  You will have excellent word processing and computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be rewarded with a pleasant working environment, above award salary and a supportive, team environment.
Your duties will include:
general office, secretarial and administrative tasks;drafting documents and correspondence;diary management and travel arrangements;maintenance of matter files including opening and closing new matters; preparation of monthly invoices; filing;collating briefs; andreception relief.Previous experience working in a legal services environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
