The successful applicants will be joining an established and dedicated team of teachers, focused on collaborative working practices, supported by outstanding Heads of Departments.Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to Excellence in Learning and Teaching through co-planning from the approved curriculum; teaching that provides opportunities for students to develop their love of learning; and a mind-frame of continuous improvement through dedicated feedback processes.A student focused mindset will be evident in the successful candidate's ability to articulate their experience in working to create an environment where, in partnership with families, they have worked to support students to discover their spark, discover their strength and discover their spirit.
