Secondary Student Services Officer

Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Secondary Student Services Officer. This role is three days per week (flexible) from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm during term time and is for an immediate start.
This role is vital to the smooth functioning of our Secondary Administration, supporting both staff and students in day-to-day activities.
In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, supporting student reception, and assisting with student attendance and other administrative processes. Additionally, you'll help manage student needs and provide assistance during College events.
Key to this position is a willingness to work positively with teenagers, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while aligning with the College's Christian values. Experience in customer service and administrative work is highly desirable.
