About ACC Launceston Our Launceston Campus in Tasmania is a K-10 co-ed Christian school. While the school community is still relatively small (100+), the growth over the past five years has been strong and sustained as is the school's learning environment and culture.

About the role An opportunity exists to join a fantastic, committed Christian team, in teaching and supporting Secondary students (both on campus and online) within a Christian environment and biblical worldview. We are seeking a capable and relational educator who desires to inspire our student community.
This full time position will be split between on campus and Distance Education, and is expected to start January 2025.
The successful candidate will need to have the capacity to:
Actively lead the Christian formation of students; Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning and a cross-cultural understanding in our students; Develop an approach to education that is biblically grounded, Christ focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous. Preference would be given to teachers familiar with an Explicit Instruction model of teaching; Teach the prescribed curriculum within a conducive learning environment to develop students' interests, skills, and abilities; and Contribute to the school community by participating in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and liaising with parents where appropriate.
