About the Role
We are seeking a Secondary School Operations Administrator to join our Administration Team. Reporting to the Principal's Executive Assistant, this role provides essential support to the Assistant Principal and Heads of Secondary School, helping to ensure that the Secondary School operates smoothly. The Operations Administrator coordinates key events, manages documentation and data, and supports the school's calendar management, playing a vital role in school compliance and event preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Assistant Principal and Heads of Secondary, ensuring leadership has the resources needed for effective school operations.
Coordinate and manage communications, bookings, and logistics for key events, such as Year 7 Camp, Parent/Teacher Interviews, and Information Nights.
Oversee the setup and management of calendars and key documentation, including assessment and reporting data.
Manage compliance and reporting systems, ensuring that documents are edited, proofed, and submitted accurately and on time.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have a/an:
Active Christian Faith: Demonstrates a personal Christian faith, actively involved in a local church and a commitment to supporting the school's Statement of Faith.
Certificate IV qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
Substantial experience in an administration assistant or personal assistant role.
Substantial IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.
Ability to demonstrate the following skills:

Planning & Organising: Manages time efficiently, organises resources, and ensures tasks are completed on schedule.
Adapting and Responding to Change: Adapts to changing circumstances, accepts new ideas and initiatives, adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations.
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
