We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following full-time position (1.0 FTE) commencing in January 2025.
Secondary School Mathematics Teacher including:
Middle School Mathematics
Some Senior School Maths
Other areas, as required
We are looking for an outstanding, passionate and inspiring Mathematics Teacher with experience and qualifications in teaching this subject with a focus on middle school.
The successful applicant must have:
Relevant qualifications and experience, be approachable, and relate well to students, parents and fellow staff members
Experience in implementing the Mathematics curriculum
A passion for teaching Mathematics to Secondary School students in an engaging and relevant way
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
An active Christian faith
Passion for living out your Christian faith, and prepared to model, uphold and support the Ethos and Core Values of the College
Deeply relational, friendly and open
Outstanding teacher in your subject area
Developed a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all the students that you teach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including team-building and mentoring skills
Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that your students are always well provided for
Committed to supporting College policies and procedures relating to Classroom and Behaviour Management
Understanding of technology and able to confidently integrate this into your teaching
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience related to the teaching responsibility required by the position
Current Western Australia Australian Teachers Registration Board Certificate of Registration (TRBWA)
Current Working With Children Card
Current Police Clearance

Additional Requirements:
