About the roleLeading independent girls' school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for an Art Teacher to join our team on a full-time, fixed term basis. The role will commence at the start of Term 1, 2025 and will cease at the end of the 2025 academic year.
CGGS teachers have an excellent understanding of effective pedagogical practices and contemporary learning design with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for girls' education is essential for your success.
About you
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced Secondary Art Teacher who will inspire our students to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and appreciate the beauty of the visual arts.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Art and Education
Previous experience teaching Years 7-10 Art in a school setting
Textiles or fashion experience would be highly desirable
Current registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching
