About the Role:
Are you a creative and artistic Media teacher looking for a new opportunity? Tradewind is partnering with a fantastic school in Truganina, seeking a teacher to teach years 7-9 in Media, starting from Term 4, leading into 2025, on a full-time basis. Key duties: Have a deep understanding of various forms of media, including film, television, radio, print, and digital media within the Victorian Curriculum.Competency in video and audio editing software, digital tools, and media equipment to guide students in practical tasks.Ability to design engaging lessons that foster creativity in media production and critical thinking about media texts.Skilled in using media-specific technology, such as cameras, editing software, and multimedia tools.Lead students in practical media tasks, such as film-making, podcasting, or producing digital media content.
