We are looking for experienced practitioners who will be Heads of Learning Areas in:MathsSciencesHumanitiesTechnologies and ArtsPosition ObjectivesThe Heads of Learning Areas lead their team in educating for eternity by enhancing student engagement, achievement, faith and wellbeing. The Heads of Learning Areas are responsible for the delivery of high-quality and compliant teaching and learning, from a Christian worldview perspective. This includes:Leading authentic Christian education across the College's teaching modes of Day School, Distance Education and Shared CampusImplementing College curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment protocolsSupporting and holding colleagues accountableQuality assurance and implementing improvement of curriculum, including learning management platformMonitoring and addressing individual student academic engagement, performance and growth.The Heads of Learning Areas work to inspire enthusiastic practice to fully and effectively achieve the goals of the Strategic Improvement Plan in line with the strategic direction of the College.
