About the Role We are currently seeking Seasonal Orchard Operators to assist with our seasonal programs on our Pistachio orchard in Robinvale, Victoria.
Hours vary depending on the weekly program and the weather; when undertaking orchard spray work, shift work (day or night) is required.
Your primary role will be to operate machinery; however, other manual tasks may be required as needed.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
The successful candidates will: A valid driver's licence and chemical certificationA strong understanding of WHS principlesPrevious machinery operation experienceDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeBe able to work independently and cooperate well in a team environmentCMV Farms is a committed employer offering excellent working conditions, including: Modern machinerySafe working environment with a strong safety ethosAbove Award pay ratesOnsite trainingPrevious experience working as a machinery operator with the ability to maintain and service the machinery being operated is preferred but not essential.
