The Opportunity:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join the Food & Beverage team at Wet'n'Wild, Warner Bros. Movie World and Sea World. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you could be working in any of our outlets including fast-food outlets, coffee shops, bars, ice cream parlours or on our mobile carts around the park.
We are seeking applicants who are fully available over the Christmas school holiday period to work both day and night shifts on any day of the week including weekends and public holidays. The role is initially a seasonal position until February 2025 with opportunities for ongoing positions.
All successful applicants MUST have a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation prior to commencement.
Your day to day:
• Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service to a variety of guests.
• Prepare and serve a range of food & beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation.
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health & safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate point of sale system with accurate cash handling and stock control.
• Work across multiple outlets/properties as required.
What you'll bring:
• A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Full availability to work both day and night shifts across a rotating roster over the Christmas school holiday period including weekends and public holidays.
• A fun and positive working attitude.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
• Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow food & beverage personal presentation requirements (no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish).
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of cash handling will be highly regarded.
