Job Summary We are looking for casual Seasonal Production Operators at our Tatura factory. Work will commence in January 2025 and conclude in mid-2025. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday, (commencing: 7 am, 3 pm or 11 pm). Work with a great crew on above award rates, with overtime, penalty rates, and applicable allowances.
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and will be required to complete a range of manufacturing processes associated with food production to meet daily/weekly production targets.
Role Responsibilities: Basic mechanical operations including set up, operate, adjust, and shut down automatic, semi-automatic, or single-purpose machines.Performing Quality Assurance checks.Complete computer skills/data entry into databases.Adhere to our stringent safety, food safety, quality & hygiene standards.Report safety, quality, and environmental incidents and issues.Does this sound like You? Positive, punctual, with a good work ethic, good availability.Ability to communicate effectively with others, including both verbally and in writing.Ability to follow, understand and apply instructions.Basic problem solving, literacy and computer skills.Satisfactorily pass Unilever's pre-employment medical which includes:Drug & alcohol testing.Physical fitness including ability to stand and walk for extended periods and must be able to lift and carry objects, a minimum of 15kg repeatedly.
