WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Ensure servers, networks, and storage systems are available, perform well, and are secure. Manage and watch over all installed systems and infrastructure. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Install, set up, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Create and keep detailed documentation for all systems and processes. Give technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff. Work with the IT team to improve infrastructure and processes. Regularly check and maintain systems to ensure they are available and performing well. Respond to and solve infrastructure-related problems and service requests. Assess and implement new technologies and solutions to improve operations. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE... Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Skilful in using both Windows and Linux operating systems. TO BE CONSIDERED...
