WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? As the SEO Specialist Lead, you will take full responsibility for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing overall website visibility. You'll conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify issues related to site speed, keyword gaps, and backlink quality, implementing actionable improvements to drive success. Your work will encompass keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and ensuring technical compliance with the latest search engine algorithms.
This is a hands-on role that also involves account management, with numerous long-term growth opportunities. You'll be part of a team of knowledgeable SEO professionals, working in a supportive environment as you continue to grow in your role. Additionally, you will oversee a team and serve as their direct report, ensuring collaboration and guidance.
You will work closely with web developers to implement technical optimizations, focusing on key areas such as site speed, structured data, and mobile responsiveness. Cross-team collaboration with content, development, and marketing teams will ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into the overall digital strategy.
Your technical expertise will be vital in monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, generating detailed reports, and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization. You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure all websites remain compliant with current search engine guidelines.
In this key role, you'll be instrumental in driving measurable SEO performance and supporting business growth through advanced technical SEO practices.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED... 3 + years' experience in agency SEO Expertise in SEO tools and platforms such as - Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs Strong ability in developing and executing SEO strategies, with experience setting both short-term and long-term SEO goals Advanced technical SEO optimization skills Experience implementing SEO strategies for large, global audiences Exposure to working with multiple ecommerce brands Expertise in analysing SEO performance metrics and delivering insights Collaborating with cross functional teams Expertise in on page and off page SEO IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
