Purpose of the role
Successful candidate will provide dedicated administration service for the Investec Wealth & Investment SIPP. They ensure that clients' retirement needs are fulfilled professionally, efficiently, and honestly within the boundaries of the HMRC Guidelines for Registered Pension Schemes and the Regulatory Framework of the Financial Services Regulator the Financial Conduct Authority.
Key responsibilities of the role
To provide the highest standard of client service, ensuring that clients' SIPP schemes are administered and processed accurately, compliant and efficiently.
Cradle to Grave SIPP Administration, including but not limited to new business, transfers in/out, contributions & death cases.
Input and maintain accurate data records & Deal professionally with internal and external queries.
The calculation of pension benefits & accurate preparation of documents.
Assisting where required with project work and system matters and maintaining awareness and understanding of evolving industry matters.
Liaise with team members, other departments and clients as required.
Undertake other duties as specified by the line manager and/or senior management.
Skills required
Attention to detail and strong customer experience skills.
Previous financial services administration experience, within the SIPP / Pensions Sector
Experience in dealing with HNW Clients and Advisers.
As part of our collaborative and agile culture, our working week is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote .
