Key responsibilities include: Drive growth by winning new business. Develop and implement strategies to meet profitability and growth targets. Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while managing key account retention. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery. Drive innovation and market share expansion across international trade lanes. About You You have deep relationships and are highly respected in the international freight and supply chain industry. You are a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in international logistics, freight forwarding / supply chain solutions (essential). Your commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and ability to inspire and manage teams set you apart. Qualifications in marketing, business, logistics, or a related field. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets across diverse customer profiles and strong proven networks to leverage. Strong negotiation, operational, and presentation skills. This role offers the chance to lead in a global environment, work with a highly motivated team, and directly contribute to the organisation's growth and success. While ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne, we are open to exceptional candidates across other Australian cities.
