About the Role
As a Horizontal Falls Pilot operating our fleet of Cessna 208 Caravans, life will be exactly that...an adventure not to be missed! Based in Broome, WA, you'll navigate past red cliffs, vast turquoise waters, and lush mangroves all in a day's work.
Successful candidates will be provided with a floatplane rating and complete 100 hours ICUS prior to being checked to line. Training expected to start in February 2025.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are as eager as we are to ensure that our guests receive the trip of a lifetime. A strong commitment to safety will be at the core of everything that you do. The ability to assess situations and make sound decisions when flying as a single pilot independently is central to achieving safe and effective flight operations.
Requirements:
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive individual
High level of personal presentation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric mindset
Passionate about the position/industry with a commitment to delivering to the highest standards
The ability to assess situations and make sound decisions especially when flying as a single pilot, with the ability to adapt and pivot when necessary
The ability to work autonomously while also collaboratively as part of a team environment
A continuous improvement and safety focused mindset
Minimum Requirements:
CASA Part 61 Commercial Pilots License
CASA Class 1 Medical
Current aeroplane flight review (AFR)
1000 hours total flight time
0 hours floatplane time
50 hours C208 (highly desirable)
Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Ability to conduct a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Required Ratings and Endorsements:
Single-engine aeroplane class rating
Cessna 208 (C208)
Retractable undercarriage design feature endorsement
Gas turbine design feature endorsement
Manual propeller pitch control design feature endorsement
