Mandatory Qualifications:
RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Approved Manager's License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.
