Scrum Master – Empowering Agile Excellence Are you a passionate Scrum Master who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment?
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to champion agile methodologies within RAA's software development teams.
In this role, you will facilitate agile processes, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our teams stay focused and productive while delivering high-quality digital solutions.
You'll work closely with the development team, product owners, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective agile experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
and ensure that they are conducted efficiently and purposefully.Support the Product owner in maintaining a healthy Product backlog, refinement of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria.Identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.
Monitor and report on the team's flow using agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time.Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning within the cross-functional team.Support the team to be open and transparent about risks and issues, and work through resolutions and escalate as required.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.About you: You are an experienced, proactive Scrum Master with a passion for empowering teams to reach their full potential.

We're seeking:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, a deep understanding of and experience in agile practices and frameworks (including Scrum and Kanban).
