Scrum Master Lead

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a Scrum Master Lead in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience: Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role is required.
Develop change strategies for consideration of team, and monitor outcomes in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Research agile trends, industry dynamics, frameworks and tooling to guide and improve the agency's use of agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement.
