The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Hybrid working arrangementMelbourne basedContract role - paying up to $750 per day inc superMajor responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Refinements, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).Guide cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, facilitating efficiency.Play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.Identify and address impediments, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely project delivery.Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize and refine the backlog, aligning with business objectives.Provide reports and dashboards to leadership/management on sprint and program deliverables.Educate team members on Agile concepts, values, and practices.Knowledge & skills required:4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Working knowledge in Scrum and the Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach team members in Agile mindset and practices.Proficiency in using various IT applications and project management tools.If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please apply online today!
