Responsibilities Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its scrum adoption, removing barriers between stakeholders and scrum teams Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes Facilitate product owners and development team to maintain and refine product backlogs and new requests, and effective product goal definition Helps the organization implement changes effectively emphasizing scrum practices adherence to achieve product goal Causing the removal of impediments to the scrum team's progress Ensuring that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox Requirements and skills 4-5 years of experience in a scrum master role Degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or similar field Scrum master certification is a plus Familiarity with software development/agile methodologies Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts Excellent people and project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
