Large Financial Services firm looking for a Scrum Master in a high-profile project.
Your new company
You will be working with one of the Big 4 Banks in a large data migration project.

Your new role
In this role you will provide leadership and coaching in agile ways of working and support inflight teams that need help delivering a large migration project.
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and managing risk and issues.

What you'll need to succeed Experience as a Scrum Master within Financial ServicesExperience working on large complex projects, ideally around Migration or Separations/DivestmentsProficiency in Agile methodologiesGood knowledge of Rally or ClarityExcellent communication skillsWhat you'll get in return
This role offers a 6-month contract and the possibility of extension, a competitive daily rate and the opportunity of being part of a leading Financial Services organisation.
This role is open to candidates based in Sydney, and you will be able to work in a hybrid environment going into the office 2-3 days per week.
