Scrum Master- DevOps and Analytics Projects -October START Open To: Scrum Master- DevOps and Analytics Projects -October START Open To: Australian Citizens With or Able To Pass Baseline Clearance Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra Or Adelaide Duration: 6-12 months + Hybrid Role Join a forward-thinking organisation setting up its modern data analytics platforms. Setting up a new team, you will have the chance to lead Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to an organization currently introducing modern methodologies. You will be able to shape and influence the new way of working the face the challenge of establishing a high-performing team from the ground up.Driving the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices you will lay the foundation for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. As a leader you will support the team to be excellent by coaching them in reflecting, adapting, and improving their processes. You'll support development of an environment where the feels empowered to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success. The lasting impact of your work will support the wellbeing of people in aged care by setting the commission up for success in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.As the team Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes and support our development teams in delivering high quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in Agile methodologies and excellent facilitation skills. If you love building teams, driving cultural change, and being at the heart of an Agile and DevOps transformation, this role is perfect for you!Key Accountabilities: Facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile, DevOps and Continuous Improvement principles and practices Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization Track and report on team metrics and sprint progress regularly Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders Enable the team to maintain focus on development tasks by reducing and optimizing external interactions. Support the team in end-to-end delivery of use cases that impact the business

Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and ideally certification as a DevOps Practitioner Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Continuous Improvement and DevOps frameworks Familiarity with software development processes and tools including Azure DevOps Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience working with technical teams in cloud and data environments Australian citizen with ability to obtain baseline clearance if required.
