Support the team in end-to-end delivery of use cases that impact the business Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and ideally certification as a Dev Ops Practitioner Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Continuous Improvement and Dev Ops frameworks Familiarity with software development processes and tools including Azure Dev Ops Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience working with technical teams in cloud and data environments Australian citizen with ability to obtain baseline clearance if required.
