You will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment of our highly skilled nursing team. We have a large perioperative team, who support 19 operating theatres and maintain the highest standards in patient-centred care.
Who we're looking for: You'll have current AHPRA registration as an RNYou'll have at least 2 years of experience as a scrub/scout in either orthopaedic or neuro spinal surgeries.You'll have demonstrated an elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.You'll be an exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) with demonstrated experience professionally communicating with patients, their families and colleagues.You'll have the flexibility to work in a full-time role, Monday – Friday.You'll be available to participate in the on-call roster as requiredYou'll have full Australian working rightsAbout Us Adventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
