About the role: The Screening Coordinator supports the screening of eligible participants for ongoing clinical trials, and ensures the process undertaken to screen the subject is conducted in accordance with protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practice Guidelines. In addition, this department is responsible for performing outpatient visits as per study protocol requirements.
Key responsibilities: Supporting the Screening Supervisor with managing day-to-day activities in the clinic Coordinating screening appointments and performing screening assessments Ensuring clinical procedures are followed according to protocol requirements and operating procedures Completing all required documentation accurately and within expected timeframes Supervising, supporting, and providing training to clinic staff Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Requirements: Tertiary qualification in a related science, nursing, or healthcare discipline Experience in vital sign, recording blood pressure, pulse respiratory rate, temperature, ECG recording and venipuncture Team player with excellent time management Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail Background in clinical research would be highly desired Meaningful Impact - 'advancing medicine, improving lives' of people around the world Professional Growth Opportunities - we believe in investing in our employees' development Employee Recognition - your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewarded Employee Wellness Initiatives - we prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employee If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
