Automotive Aftersales Manager (Service and Parts)
North Shore Honda, Artarmon is seeking an ambitious, experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager (Service and Parts) to lead our service team and help grow the service business to new record levels.
We're looking for someone who has:
Excellent team management and leadership skills
A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
Current NSW Driver's License
Strong focus on delivering high quality and service levels
Honda brand experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
Commitment to high levels of customer service
Strong coaching, mentoring and development skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team
The ability to prepare, monitor and report on department budgets whilst driving results
The ability to monitor the department's adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures
Sound technical knowledge
To be successful, you will be a natural leader who is driven with high energy levels and can motivate your team to achieve and exceed all financial and customer satisfaction KPIs.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading our team of service professionals to continue the growth we are currently experiencing
Working closely with the manufacturers' expectations and requirements
Measuring, monitoring and improving various service KPIs and profitability
Driving retail sales and identifying new opportunities for growth
Working closely with the Service Advisors to ensure great service and sales
Managing incoming work and maximizing efficiency, productivity and charging efficiency
Stepping in and resolving customer concerns if they get escalated to your level
Driving workshop team morale, culture and leading the team
Spearheading the growth of the business and leading the team into a new era
Planning daily activities of the service department, analyzing results and consistently considering ways to improve efficiencies
Participating in budget setting process and ensuring achievement of all financial and customer service KPIs
Recruiting, managing and developing a high-performance team
Coordinating all the department's training requirements
Overseeing the purchase of all equipment and supplies
Making a proactive contribution to ongoing department improvements
Approving sublets and purchase orders
Ensuring compliance with all relevant brand guidelines as well as all relevant legal and regulatory matters
Immediate Start, this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with an attractive remuneration package (including company car).
