BRIEF INTRODUCTION As a Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU In the role you will: Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branchManage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are metAssist with the execution of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulationsAct as first point of contact for clients arriving at the branchProcess cheques and documentation received by clientsComplete all non-online account management and shareholder communicationMaintain branch efficiencyDO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS We would love to work with you if you have: Financial Industry experience preferredStrong organization with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft SystemsWHATS IN IT FOR YOU At ScotiaMcLeod we help employees build their futures – where they can be themselves, and win together.
