Manage the end-to-end delivery of varied development projects valued from $0.5M to $30M and enjoy all that the Ballarat region has to offer, with work commutes in town anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes.

With an existing local project pipeline, this role also offers an exciting opportunity to grow Scope's presence in Ballarat by leveraging your existing network and strong business development skills to build client relationships and identify new opportunities.

THE ROLE
As a Scope Project Manager, your role is to coordinate and deliver development projects within their set budget, schedule, and quality targets.
You will work proactively with a high degree of autonomy and diplomacy to build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
You will act as your client's representative to protect their interests and achieve optimal outcomes.

This is an outward-facing position that requires someone who is committed to living and upholding our organisational values and culture.

In this role you will:
Be involved in a broad range of project phases across a variety of sectors.

Manage a diverse project pipeline that is guaranteed to present exciting and rewarding challenges.
Assist the Director to implement business development initiatives and key growth strategies.
Receive on-the-job training that will strengthen your skills and create career progression opportunities for you within Scope.
ABOUT YOU
Property development industry experience (5+ years preferred, but not essential).
Qualifications in engineering/architecture/project management or relevant field is essential.
Experience liaising with government authorities and agencies preferred, including obtaining regulatory approvals.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Genuine passion to pursue a client-side career with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders to create project-specific teams.
A strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
Experience in business development and business reporting.
Previous experience in delivering projects of any type.
Ability to work autonomously to deliver the best outcome possible for clients.
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, MS Project, and Outlook.
Proven capacity to build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of projects.
Must possess a current driver's licence.
