Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists.
  
Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced estimator for our Technical Scope Audit (TSA) team.
  
Please note, this is an office-based role, adjusting scopes as per requests of insurers,

The TSA team have comprehensive knowledge of all things construction, this includes the repair and reconstruction process within residential building, an understanding of building concepts and methodologies, as well as different types/style of architecture. 

The role: Review specialist reports, photos and statement of work that have been sent from the trades/supervisors Liaise with supervisors, trades, claims managers and assessors over the phone regarding scopes, assessments/reports Adjust scopes as per the request of insurers Review and where applicable rewrite more legible, comprehensive building reports that align with the scope of works for the clients and for the homeowner's better understandings You will need:  Building trade qualification  Previous demonstrated experience as a building estimator  Previous experience in the insurance building sector would be highly desirable Good phone manner. An understanding of basic building costs and ability to resource/evaluate construction techniques The ability to problem solve, answers questions and explain construction processes clearly to the field based teams, as well as our valued clients.
