The RoleThe Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is seeking a high performing and motivated individual to work as the Subject Matter Expert within the ERP Supply Chain Management work stream. We are seeking a person with good judgement, adaptability and enthusiasm to collaborate across ERP and Defence stakeholders during the various tranches of the Defence ERP Program.About our TeamThe ERP Program employs staff all over Australia. The ideal person for this role will be an experienced and committed logistics professional who has the adaptability and flexibility required to respond to the needs of stakeholders.As an executive leader, you will demonstrate initiative in making informed decisions and solve complex problems, using available resources to drive results, and adjusting priorities as the demand arises. You will also support and motivate your team to achieve strategic organisational objectives while continuing to pursue your own self-development goals. You will be familiar with the use of logistics management software packages, and able to interpret data and exercise judgement to deliver effective outcomes. You will have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, including strong emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability.Our Ideal CandidateWill be a subject matter expert in warehousing and distribution. Will have demonstrated experience in SAP software. Capable of working independently and as part of a team to identify priorities, goals and objectives. Is a strategic thinker, problem solver and displays excellent judgement and initiative. Is able to build and maintain effective working relationships through relationship management, including engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and concerns. Can analyse, interpret and assess business requirements to identify and present viable solutions for the organisation. Is capable of multi-tasking to ensure they manage competing priorities and deliver required outcomes on time. Has excellent written and verbal communication.
