About the Role: ACT Pathology is a division of the Canberra Health Services offering a diagnostic pathology service to the ACT and surrounding region.
We are seeking two suitably qualified and experienced scientists to work in the Microbiology laboratory based at The Canberra Hospital.
The successful applicants will be required to undertake duties associated with the performance of clinical diagnostic microbiological testing including specimen set-up, culture plate reading, organism identification and interpretation of susceptibility results.
The laboratory currently operates an extended hour service 7 days a week and the successful applicant will be required to participate in the out of hours roster.
