About the role We are seeking an experienced Scientist who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate, vibrant, and engaged team responsible for:
Performing manual and automated diagnostic testingExecuting all routine procedures from point of specimen reception to results for Pathological diagnosis, including specimen dissectionAssisting with Stock ControlMaintaining records and recording results in line with protocolsMaintaining and operating equipment in line with protocolsKeeping current scientific knowledgeParticipating in routine and audit-related Quality Assurance activitiesContributing to continuous improvement and development of new assays as requiredTraining staffLiaising with internal and/or external stakeholders regarding test results or referrals as necessaryComplying with Policies and Procedures, Workplace Health and Safety Procedures, and Quality Assurance Processes.About you To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the essential requirements:
