In this role, you will perform complex and specialised diagnostic and therapeutic testing as part of a statewide tertiary referral service. Your responsibilities include validating analytical results, resolving technical issues, and maintaining expertise across all analytical workflows to ensure continuity of service. You will also contribute to quality and service improvement initiatives in alignment with NATA/ISO accreditation standards, supervise less-experienced staff, and participate in professional development and education activities.The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in chemical pathology testing, including analytical methods, validation, and clinical result interpretation. A Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent qualification) is required, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality pathology services that improve patient care.
