We are seeking a confident, self-starter who thrives in a team environment. As a Scientific Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with your Clients to source great candidates for a wide range of different STEM positions. You'll be the go-to for your candidates, bringing excellent communication and customer service standards to support them through the recruitment process.
 
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Scientific Recruitment Consultant your role is not just about matching great candidates with great clients, but also striving to hit key targets and contribute to team goals. In this role you will be trained and mentored by highly experienced leaders who bring industry-relevant expertise. Key duties include:Sourcing – Searching for and screening candidates.Interviews – Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators and career direction.Partnering – Working closely with Clients to meet their needs as a recruitment partner of choice.Placements - Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidates.Networking – We enjoy contributing to the wider STEM industry and are members of industry bodies and regularly attend industry events.FUN - Being successful is fun and we have lots of both planned for this new team member!REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a qualified Scientist and whilst previous experience in recruitment is an advantage, it is not essential. Your personable demeanour and drive to hit goals will see you meet your candidates' aspirations, exceed your clients' expectations, and ultimately drive your career growth and development.
