About the Role: Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane, is seeking a Scientific Quality Assurance Officer for a casual ongoing assignment, with likelihood of permanency.
This role is Monday – Friday, offering set, full time hours weekly.
This role will be apart of a close-knit, friendly Quality Assurance team who work together to manage customer complaints/queries.
If you have a degree in science or are experienced within the pharmaceutical sector fielding complaints or supporting customers, this is a great opportunity to join a global organisation!
NOTE: Applicants will be required to undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening and police check to be eligible for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to: Ensuring all quality-related complaints are entered in the Complaints system within set time frames.
Ensuring that Customer Complaints are dealt with in a manner compliant with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements.
Ensuring investigation and trending of Customer Complaints is completed in accordance with local and Global procedures.
Ensuring activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standards.
Skills & Experience: The successful candidate must have: A bachelor's degree in science or 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
Previous experience in a complaints or customer support focused role.
Experience writing reports and presenting data.
High level of written and verbal communication required.
Understanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislation.
Can understand technical documents and can communicate descriptions of problems and solutions.
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities.
A keen and proactive work attitude.
Current Driver`s License and a vehicle as this site is not accessible via public transport.
