About Our School
Our Lady of Mercy Catholic College is looking for a full-time, temporary Science teacher for 2025.
The ability to teach Science is essential and the ability to teach another subject would be advantageous.

About You
As a Science Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative, and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to :
create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Science.
The ability to teach additional subjects is advantageous.

utilize formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being

You will have attained :
a tertiary qualification in Education
eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
