Key duties: Develop and implement a comprehensive science curriculum aligned with educational standards and guidelines, covering various disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, and environmental science under the Victorian Curriculum.Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, incorporating hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and inquiry-based activities.Manage laboratory facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized environment for conducting experiments and investigations. Teach students proper laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and ethical practices in scientific research.Design and administer assessments, tests, and experiments to evaluate students' understanding and mastery of scientific concepts and skills.Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in science education, teaching methodologies, curriculum developments, and technology integration.
