St Paul's is experiencing high student growth due to its transition into a coeducation Catholic secondary school. The College requires additional staffing due to the increase in the number of students.

Specific Criteria

Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
Accredited to teach secondary Science
Capacity to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices

Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.

Position on COVID-19 vaccinations
Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings,CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022. Staff who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks when working with children at greater risk of serious illness owing to a medical condition and/or physical disability.
