We are seeking a Schools Recruitment Specialist to play a key role in driving domestic student enrolments. In this exciting position, you will engage with secondary schools, build relationships with key school contacts, and inspire students to explore Swinburne's programs. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team Leader to develop and strengthen relationships with secondary schools to raise awareness and drive enrolments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of secondary schools, providing expert advice to career practitioners and prospective students, ensuring alignment with Swinburne's broader engagement strategy. You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to create meaningful connections and partnerships with secondary schools. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for education and a natural ability to communicate and engage with others. Experience in recruitment, event management, or outreach (particularly in the education sector) would be an advantage, along with excellent project management skills. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:Demonstrated experience in managing an indirect sales channel in a services industry.Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills, including strong public speaking ability.Superior time management skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Competency with a range of software and systems, including PowerPoint, spreadsheets and CRM. Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.Knowledge of secondary and tertiary education sectors including VTAC application and selection processes and higher education reforms is preferred. Qualifications Completion of a degree in marketing/communications or equivalent with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
