You will play a pivotal part of the business involved in school infrastructure projects across all phases of delivery.

About the Opportunity The Schools Development Manager is accountable for managing the delivery of a number of infrastructure development projects across geographically diverse school and office sites.
More specifically the successful candidate will be accountable for: Managing and delivering projects across all phases of delivery from concept to handover through the provision of expertise and advice Manage the design, development and implementation of school infrastructure projects, identifying and managing risks and dependencies affecting project outcomes and providing financial, reporting, quality assurance and procurement services Managing a range of stakeholders interest's to ensure project objectives are met, managing escalations, minimising conflict and providing advice where necessary Identifying and following governance processes and risk management practices to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Policy and financial controls Managing internal and external resources and cross-functional services relevant to the development of schools projects Benefits There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
