Essential skills for the position Qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Social Science, with minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field Demonstrated management experience in a human services environment Qualifications and experience in clinical supervision Demonstrated leadership ability, including capacity to positively drive operational direction and strategy across a team Demonstrated and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to respectfully and appropriately interact with team members and external stakeholders Experience building and maintaining professional collaborative working relationships with team members, stakeholders and external organisations Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, establish priorities and to work constructively and positively within a team environment Applicants are required to address the above essential skills for the position and submit their application along with a current resume including two current referees.
