Brownes Dairy is Australia's oldest dairy company, established in 1886, with our head office located in WA.
We may be the oldest dairy but definitely the most innovative.
Brownes offers a diverse portfolio of award-winning fresh dairy products including milk, cream, yoghurt, flavoured milk, and juice.
Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 150 million litres of milk each year from more than 50 dairy farming families located in WA's pristine South West region.
All of our Brownes Dairy products are made in WA.
We are fiercely protective of our environment, pride ourselves on being a leader in sustainability, and our free school tours program sees thousands of school children learn about the benefits of dairy.
Our global award-winning school tours program at Brownes Dairy is looking for a new team member.
We are very proud of our school tours heritage here at Brownes Dairy as we continue to educate young minds on the journey of fresh WA dairy from Farm-to-Fridge.
Approximately 8000 students per year come through the school tours program and we're looking for someone with heaps of energy and enthusiasm to join the team.
As a school tour ambassador, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of our school groups, from the booking system all the way through to post-tour survey reporting, from guiding groups through the facility to updating scripts and materials.
This role is a casual role working within school hours and offers consistent hours available during the school term (some school holiday hours are available upon prior agreement).
This role offers great flexibility for free early mornings and afternoons, allowing you to work around the tours as it suits you.
What we are looking for in our next team member:
Positive outlook and a zest for life with an enthusiastic personality and lots of energy.
Exceptional people skills and must love working with children.
Ability to manage large groups of excited primary school-aged students.
Ability to deliver learning programs with a high level of engagement.
Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, fluent, and concise manner.
Ability and willingness to deal with changing situations at short notice.
Experience working with children will be highly regarded; however, it is not essential.
As part of this role, a current National Police Clearance and Working with Children's check will be required.
We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
If you feel that your skills and experience are aligned to this role, please apply by providing a copy of your resume and cover letter by 10th May 2024.
