About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Plan and provide production support for 60-70 events annually, from small PA setups to major festival-like events.Collaborate with teachers, leaders and departments to organise and manage production setups for school events.Gather suitable quotes and coordinate with external suppliers for additional equipment and services.Maintain production schedules and manage event timelines.Troubleshoot technical issues as required to ensure smooth event operation.Oversee inventory of production equipment and supplies.Plan maintenance and replacement of production equipment.Oversee and mentor the student production team in the operation of equipment.Offer guidance on production practices and equipment use to others to use in their planning of events.Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in production support, particularly in audio-visual setups, equipment handling, and event coordination.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under time constraints.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Relevant qualifications in production, events management, or a related field.Interested?
