The role is an ongoing part-time position of 28 hours per week (school term only).
The successful applicant will be responsible to the Principal and provide valuable student wellbeing support to the children of Australian Defence Force families attending Trinity College North, South and Senior Schools .
Assistance will be delivered from the school setting, with the Defence School Mentor providing information and support and developing a range of activities for dependents of ADF members and families to ease the impact of mobility and deployment.
The Defence School Mentor position is funded by the Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) Branch, which provides support, information, and links to Defence and DMFS.
This role is integral to the Defence School Mentor Program network in South Australia, where you will work closely with Trinity College resources to provide meaningful support to our ADF families.
