Receptionist (Administration & Office Support) Full time North-Eastern Montessori School welcomes applications for the position of a School Receptionist to work on a permanent basis between the hours of 8:00 - 4:00pm daily.
The School Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere to all North-Eastern visitors, students, and staff, and providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support functions.
The role encompasses skills in managing front desk enquiries, incoming phone calls, word processing, data entry, database management, and other general administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, a strong interest in the Montessori pedagogy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create an atmosphere that is welcoming to all families.
The School Receptionist will take on the dual role of First Aid Officer and manage all aspects of the First Aid Office.
